Are you a newly graduated Enrolled Nurse seeking an exciting beginning to your nursing career while completing your Bachelor degree?
We are seeking proactive, motivated and enthusiastic Enrolled nurses to be part of our Enrolled Nurse transition to Registered Nurse Program commencing in January 2026.
Holmesglen Private Hospital is a world class hospital located in the South Eastern region of Melbourne. Close to public transport and with affordable onsite parking.
The Hospital includes; 147 beds across 5 Wards providing Medical, Surgical and Rehabilitation Services, combined Intensive Care and Coronary Care Unit, Emergency Department, 7 Operating Suites, Catheter Laboratory, Day of Surgery Admission and Day Infusion/Oncology Services.

Graduate Nurse Program - Registered Nurse – FEBRUARY & AUGUST 2022 Intake
We offer
- On commencement 4 weeks 0.8
- 4 paid study days
- Following 4 week – 0.4 EFT ongoing rotating roster permanent part time on one of our sub-acute/ acute wards
- A supportive team environment including a Graduate Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Educators and dedicated clinical preceptors, who will encourage you to develop both clinically and professionally while gaining exposure to a variety of clinical specialties.
- Be part of Australia’s only nation-wide private hospital system you are part of the national graduate/early careers program network and have opportunity to undertake rotations with other sites and specialities and inter-disciplinary study days.
Selection Criteria:
- Eligibility for registration as an Enrolled with the Nurses and Midwives board (AHPRA)
- Authority to work in Australia
- Evidence of commencement of a nursing bachelor’s or master’s degree in the academic year – 2026
- Working with Children Check (WWC)
- Current Police Check
- High-level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Displays evidence of clinical reasoning and critical thinking
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care

- Include a CV with two current referees (Referees must be a clinical facilitator, preceptor, or other senior nurse that you have reported to at a clinical placement)
- Provide two relevant, recent and certified clinical placement reports (acute /medical/surgical/rehab or peri-operative)
- Provide a certified copy of your academic transcript
- Include one passport sized photo
