About the role
- A market leading 12-week Transition to Perioperative Nursing Scrub/Scout program
- Successful participants to join our team in either full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week) roles
- October 13th start date with permanent employment as a Scrub/Scout nurse from day one
- Partnering with highly experienced Theatre Clinical Facilitators dedicated to supporting your development
- Experience a blended learning program with on-the-job training supported by comprehensive training materials and coaching
- National study sessions to connect with fellow participants in the program
- Celebrate your achievements at the program graduation ceremony
About you
- Permanent work rights within Australia with no restrictions (unfortunately temporary visas and sponsorship cannot be considered for this program)
- At least 2 years of experience post registration in an acute hospital setting
- Registered nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- A Working with Children Check, National Police Check or be willing to obtain
- A genuine interest and passion for the theatre environment and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and development
- The ability to commit to a rotating roster including AM, PM and public holidays, with shifts ranging from 8 – 10 hours
