Are you an experienced Physiotherapist looking to join an established and enthusiastic rehabilitation team? Do you have a passion for leadership and clinical service development?
We are currently seeking a Grade 3 Physiotherapist (maternity cover) to provide clinical leadership to our outpatient service at The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre in Glen Waverley.
At The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre, we offer an extensive range of inpatient and outpatient services in various specialties including multi-trauma, orthopaedics, neurology, cardiac, respiratory and pain management. We have a strong commitment to the provision of evidence-based practice and excellence in the delivery of care to our customers.
As for this Grade 3 outpatient Physiotherapist, your responsibilities will include:
- Provision of outpatient Physiotherapy services to a varied clinical casemix
- Demonstration of strong leadership in clinical practice and principles of outpatient rehabilitation within a mutidisciplinary approach.
- Provision of clinical supervision to Physiotherapy team members
- Working collaboratively with the Allied Health Manager, Physiotherapy Team Leader and other discipline Team leaders across the Victorian Rehabilitation Hospitals to facilitate patient centred care.

Our sites offer a friendly and supportive staff environment, with our established multidisciplinary teams servicing both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation program
Selection Criteria:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate qualification (completed or currently undertaking)
- Excellent clinical practice skills in outpatient rehabilitation
- Excellent organisation, time management and self management skills
- Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to excellence in customer service delivery
