About the role
Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Rehab ward on a part time basis (a rotating roster across 7 days including AM and PM and Night duty shifts) to deliver high patient quality care. This is an excellent opportunity to develop versatility in your skill set and to be mentored by a dedicated team of Registered and Senior Nurses.

As an Enrolled Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
· Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN
· Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
· Act as a role model for Safe Practice
· Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy
· Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development
Essential Criteria:
· Current Registration with AHPRA
· Minimum 1-year Acute experience
· Med and IV endorsed
· Commitment to Quality Patient Care
· Compliance with ACSQHC National standards
· Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Works well independently and within a team
