Clinical Nurse Consultant - Wound Care

An exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Nurse Consultant in Wound Care Management to join our vibrant and supportive team environment at Holmesglen Private Hospital.
As the Clinical Nurse Consultant in Wound Care Management your responsibilities will include:
- Provide assessment, provision of coordinated care and delivery of high quality specialist wound management
- Provide nursing consultancy, advisory, education and support to clients, families/care givers and nursing staff with a focus on understanding of the wound, management, treatment and healthy lifestyle promotion
- Facilitate comprehensive and accurate wound care nursing assessments, development of management/action plans and multi-disciplinary networking and multi-specialty case conferences
- Undertake clinical presentations relevant to Wound Care
Selection Criteria:
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Science, Art(Nursing)/Diploma
- Post Graduate qualifications/training in wound care
- Advanced clinical competence in wound care nursing practice
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality patient care
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope - Victoria - Nurses' and Midwives' Agreement 2021-2025" (salaries range between $34.22 and $48.32 per hour).
